Our team thoroughly checks all items at the time of dispatch to ensure they meet our high standards. We also provide a warranty for items that have a manufacturing fault. We encourage you to inspect your item as soon as it has been delivered. If you believe the item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us and attach photos showing the fault immediately after receiving the delivery. We will then notify the manufacturer of the issue and organize an exchange or return of your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. We encourage you to send your returned parcel via registered post to ensure it reaches us safely, as astro leather online store is not responsible for items lost in transit.
15-Day Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and unmarked, and in its original astro leather online store packaging. Please note that customized items cannot be returned.
